GS and contractor pickup the slack the military cannot cover due to downsizing and mission. as long as there's tyranny, the U.S. and NATO will remain the world police. is it about the bottom dollar? you bet it is. if you want security and be able to enjoy freedom and all the goodies of every life, then that is the price to pay.
