You never know the whole story…I saw an 2 year old sitting in a snow bank at 0730 Sunday am. I stopped, flagged down a vehicle and after making sure the kiddo was warm, called the cops. I’m a peds nurse just getting off work and my assessment revealed the little one had an ear infection and pneumonia and was wearing only PJs w/ no coat. Cops let me know later the child left the house to follow dad who was delivering newspapers. Dad didn’t notice the child left the house and the mom was asleep.

Or dropping them off a cliff? I couldn't bring myself to return these precious babies with adults guilty of abandoning them. God protect them. It's obvious the adults won't. 🙏🙏🙏

I’m sorry, but you take your children with you when you have to walk up the road if your car breaks down or whatever other reason that you decided you had to pull over for you never leave your children unattended. It’s a good way to lose their children. they could be hit by a car. They could be kidnapped so easily there’s no one around them. Yeah I think the police and children’s services should’ve both been called.
