Why wasn't the small child's parents watching they're little child. Hope they didn't leave em alone. That should be looked into. They should be investigated about that one too. Who gave the child back said there was imbeciles that let their child wonder there’s no excuse for this. I take the child. I’m sure the bus driver would’ve.
Then locked up the parents and indoctrinated the toddler into the CPS child trafficking program.
