lower the light so that the plants will get bustier and not leggy. clip plant at the next set of new leave in the middle to produce 2 main stalks since you have the space. ensure your light timers are set to a vegetative growth stage. good luck.
They need to get rid of that octopus electrical. It's a fire hazard. Those are too young to be in big pots. Just go buy clones.
