he's lucky. I was in the Army and those Kevlar helmets aren't meant to stop bigger rounds usually. that sniper hit the right spot for the round to hit but miss. seen accounts of 7.62mm tracing the helmets edge but no death
I would send that Kevlar home as a keepsake.
