I'm curious. with things like starlink online and now a Chinese version.. why hasn't any countries military create their own "starlink" system that NOT TIED TO THE INTERNET DIRECTLY. So doing anything even down to just intercepting communications would be insanely difficult. and it was also give yu the ability to know if ANYONE hops on the network or even cross over its coverage area.
