I wondered about that for a while. Now I know.
That’s the way we roll (US special forces)💪🏻
And Hegseth is going to put a stop to beards
cap, its to blend in has nothing to do with looking mean
incorrect. it's military code, unless being used to "blend in", like in Afghanistan and Iraq
I Support and Recruit for SF!! Bad Ass!! Free the Oppressed!!
time to shave you can thank Pete
Maybe because it helps with camouflage. Blend in. Just saying 🤔
a beard or a ponytail gives your attacker something nice control you with
A lot of COD players in the comments...lol
from 1 tier 1 to another. it absolutely served a purpose this man is speaking truth. it was our choice to have or not have a beard. but it did have effects. especially when we had no brain buckets on neither. and even better when we were on horseback and Spoke there natives tounge
NHL players that made it to the playoffs start letting their beards grow and they wear it as far as they can get through.
mercenaries guys. real killers for a pay
yup.
special warfare to the rescue
Psychological Warfare! Wearing skull and goblin mask was used and still used, in ops, to terrorize the enemy!!
Thank God for special forces
wrong wrong you're trying to look like a freaking caveman Viking
little. girl. can't grow. beard. 😁😁😁
gay
I was watching a documentary of Afghanistan, and how the locals knew the "bearded men" fought differently. They for sure knew it was a different type of fire fight, and that they were not to be messed with (probably JTAC).
😎🤌🏻🫡thank you for your services ✊🏻🇺🇸
That being said special forces as good as they all are are but a fraction of the force brought to bear conventional troops always carry the lion share of the work
imagine if a sniper in enemy territory had to worry about whether or not hes shaved in the past day or 2.
😳 Bro! It's The Ponytails That Scared Them, Not The Beard.
yeah they weren't too scared were they? We lost. Afghanistan is where empires go to die. It's been that way throughout their history.
I always figured it was to help blend in better and be able to hide their identities easier. maybe there's multiple reasons, it does make sense for these guys needing to be intimidating when they have to go negotiate or deal with locals
My husband always had a beard. he was in special forces out of fort Bragg... now our son wears a beard because he looks like his daddy.....
Long beards were a social status in the viking era for a reason.
means I do what I want.
while wearing the dish dash, and bearded, it gave you the 2 to 3 sec head start in a gun fight
in war times you follow your own rules.
Vlad the Impaler mentality
yt view of beards as if they are vukings
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Our guys keeping phycos in check
makes sense to me
Special forces require special freedoms.
It's also a part of covert operations because when they're not in uniform nobody would ever suspect them of being military because they don't adhere to the typical stereotype image that most people, especially nations who don't know, Imagine when they think of military/sailors/soldiers.
Nothing works every single time. Soldiers are dumb. Almost as dumb as truckers .
Thank you please come back home safe.. God bless you your always welcome at my house Scooby Doo and you’re here I was never that person but I know the word
Better have american beer. hulk ✝️
Intimidation tactic
its not rare too have a beard tho..
Except SF in real life is mostly “potatoes”…stout short scary dudes that can hump 150lbs of gear 100km.
Now anyone can have a beard in the military thanks to all the crybabys complaining about razor bumps. Now they can have a shaving waiver.
the other other than the hair on the face in the long hair which that's what I have if not your cop and that's it
no one is scared
