1 I don't know if that's the captain you're talking about but on his uniform that doesn't say United States army 2. the right guys checks is a one star nine times out of 10 he's probably a B.Gen and three before you guys post you need to learn the full story and get more background information because one ain't no way you guys just said he's a United States army Captain but on his uniform it says US Air Force and I doubt he switched brances to be in the army as a captain
