If they are smart, they will self deport and not leave their fate up to ICE. If any of these do gooders really cared about them they would encourage them to self deport.

Well, that’s tough. They knew it was coming, but they were gonna sit on their ass and do nothing until it’s here.
If they weren't so dumb they would self-deport and get a free flight home plus $1000 per person, which is a fortune in their home countries. We have got to close the anchor baby loophole access to taxpayer funded benefit programs. They will never leave or quit invading us as long as they can live on the dole here.

Under federal law, 8 U.S.C. § 1324 makes it a crime to knowingly transport, harbor, conceal, or shield from detection a person who is in the United States illegally, or to aid and abet any of those actions. Harboring is broadly interpreted and can include providing shelter, food, money, medical assistance, or transportation when it is done with knowledge, or reckless disregard, of the person’s unlawful status and with the intent to help them remain in the country or avoid ICE. This is not limited to smugglers. Private individuals, activists, churches, nonprofits, and employers can all be liable if they knowingly assist in avoiding law enforcement. The law treats this similar to hiding a bank robber from police. Penalties vary by conduct but can include substantial fines and prison sentences of up to 10 years per violation, and more if it involves conspiracy, profit, or risk to life. Compassion does not override federal law.
Who are the volunteers who are helping these criminals arrest them too for aiding there criminal acts!

If they are legal immigrants with social security numbers they should have nothing to worry about. If they are illegal immigrants with no social security number how can they legally have a job? No social security number means no witholding taxes are being deducted from their pay. The IRS should be investigating the employer of every working illegal immigrant to see if the employer violated any tax laws.
