Whales, dolphins and other mammals navigate the ocean based on sound. The windmills are not silent, transmit into the water confusing the animals. You can actually hear the windmills miles away. They also hold 400 gallons of oil as lubricants that leaks as a regular occurrence. The value of windmills does not out weigh the need to protect our oceans and those that live there.
