Federal law allows immigration officers to arrest and detain suspected illegal immigrants without a judicial warrant if they have probable cause to believe the person is in the U.S. unlawfully and is likely to escape before a warrant can be obtained. What we likely have here is another low level federal judge who is an activist for the Democratic Party, trying to slow down the immigration agenda. Most of these nationwide injunctions have been overturned on appeal because they were baseless in the first place. In other words, these judges overstep their bounds.

Probable cause: 1) works in known industries illegals are typically employed. I.e landscaping, painting, construction, housekeeping, etc. 2) can’t speak English or has a heavy accent with broken English. 3) drives a beat up minivan with two females in the front seats and a bunch of brown or black kids in the back or a truck/van with ladders on top/trailer with lawn equipment. 4) Apartment complexes with a sign stating “se habla espanol aqui.” All valid for probable cause.
