But not the second strike, then he said he didn’t see any survivors because of smoke and fire.. it so hard to be intoxicated and remember all the lies that you tell.. and he struggling to remember.. now an leader of the military, he have nothing more important to do, but watch the strike they ordered.. these strikes were back to back.. to ensure his orders was followed, although they were illegal orders and murder and possibly a war crime..

It appears the boat was still floating with drugs on board. A second strike was called to destroy the target and has been done on every conflict since WWI.
