That’s ridiculous that homeless, seniors, and vets are now required to work in order to get such a tiny amount in benefits. I’m a Christian, former Republican and current America First. This is insane.

Some people have cancer and can’t work or sim people are paralyzed and bed ridden how do they work some people go through chemo and have to be off of work for along time depending on the medication I’ve been there so many judgemental people yes they need to get jobs if they can work but some can’t

India has no government hand outs. You work or you starve. Parents that are elderly are taken care by family. We need to support each other as a family. I did the math 80 hours per month compared to a regular job 240 hours per month comes to 32 minutes each day of the week hell most commutes to work take longer 🤔

If you’re homeless just go to the emergency room even if you don’t have insurance. Yes you will get a bill but the hospital can find you a hospital that will take you on a grant. Then when you go there you tell them you are starving to death . They will get you your foodstamps back you will get exempt.

For those of you who are incapable of processing the full extent of this, there are so many people who literally cannot work. What about those people, what about those lives? Families will go unfed due to inability to work; whether it be due to disability, inability to find a job, residual location, or something entirely different. Where has humanity gone? Shame on all of you who are willing to judge another person's life without being able to grasp the full reality of things as you're spoonfed and don't have to face the extremities that others do. I reside in a town of 400 people, my mom is disabled yet can't get approved for disability, and food stamps are the only way we can feed our family of 4. This is gutwrenching and I'm more than disgusted as I read these comments.
