Capt. Kelly is a retired officer who's receiving an active pension and a member of the retired reserve so he is subject to UCMJ and the Hatch Act. He flat out lied when he stated that the president was "targeting citizens" insinuating that the president has issued or will issue illegal orders all of which are major breechs of ethics as an officer especially when he represented himself as a Navy Capt. Additionally, he broke the chain of command and the separation of powers clauses of the constitution when he addressed the military and service members directly as both a legislator and a Capt Ret. He must have slept through the ethics training we received at retirement. I'm just stating the facts of this case.
