You do realize that military personnel are required to assess the legality of actions they may be ordered to take. "I was just following orders," is NO longer a justifiable excuse. Ever since WWII and the Nuremberg trials, all military personnel are required to evaluate whether they are being ordered to participate in an illegal actions and then take action accordingly.
