It’s these judges, who think they are Kings overwriting with the executive branch of this government is supposed to do! It is the president, or the executive branch that, by law, must enforce immigration policies and laws but these judges think they are King and overrule what the executive branch does! These are the judges that have been put in by democrats. They are ACTIVIST JUDGES. They shouldn’t even be on the bench. They are lawless
GOP Senators should not rubber stamp Dem recommended federal judges. Dems keep claiming Trump loses more rulings than any POTUS by adding up all the lower and mid federal court rulings. That is not how you calculate winning in court. You need to evaluate cases that go from the lower federal court and appeals process to the final ruling at SCOTUS. You win or lose a case after you exhaust the entire process. Trump has won more cases than lost when his DoJ appeals the lower court rulings all the way to SCOTUS.

The thing about Chicago is it's within 100 miles of the international border. Therefore, the threshold for probable cause is dropped. A lot lower. the judge is just reaching for procedural errors and loopholes.A few probably will get released.The vast majority, they won't, especially when it goes to the appeals
