This judge is writing law from the bench when his duty is to uphold the laws of the United States as written. Illegal Aliens have limited "due process" limited to hearings with Immigration Court Officials who often sign deportation orders ASAP. This is as prescribed by law, although expedited deportation isn't off the table for many illegal aliens by any stretch of the imagination. This type of deportation proceedings were put into law by William Jefferson Clinton, and he utilized this type of deportation tactic innumerable times during the course of his second term. Obama used Expedited Deportation during BOTH of his failed terms to deport over 3.5 million illegal aliens.
They have no legal ability to release criminals onto our streets that’s why we have immigration judges I’m really getting sick of these liberal judges
