Separation of powers. Congress has the power of the purse and it's shut down. The executive branch is to implement and protect the law. The court is to impartially determine if a law is constitutional or not. It not the courts "superior" jurisdiction to order another branch what it can or can't do. Or what it must do where there is no law governing. Then the judges become political hacks. They then need to be defied, Defrocked and disbarred.
