I personally don't think Trump should use that emergency money. I think he should stand his ground. I don't see where the courts have any authority on this. The SNAP money would have been there if Democrats hadn't shut down the government after trying to pass a budget where citizen tax dollars were going to terrorists, lgbtq, and illegal invaders.
