Sloppy headline/reporting. “Nuclear testing” generally means testing the actual warhead, usually with an underground explosion of some yield. Closer analysis of the context has had expert reporting say the “testing” would likely be of next-generation delivery systems, similar to what Russia and China are being reported as doing.

I live in Las Vegas NV which was originally founded as a tourist spot to view the nuclear blast. to this day on Alien Hwy, there is no phone, radio, or electronic signals for hundreds of square miles due to the EMPs from the blast, which is said to last 100 plus years. During my vehicle breakdown, a state trooper had to go 50 miles to get his radio and phone to work to call for help.
All underground nuclear weapons test are done since 1963. Before that surface testing was allowed So this film footage is dated!
