there is too much thievery in the SNAP system...illegals are getting thousands of dollars every single month while the US citizens getting peanuts....it's to identify who should not be getting benefits!
New Mexico is going to continue paying for Food stamps through state funds. Delaware is using State funds. Virginia is providing partial benefits through VENA. Food Stamps use to be given through state funds, if the Governors cared so terribly much they would do what these others where doing. They will not be reimbursed for paying for the SNAP benefits so they dont want to pay for them.

Thank you. Food bank at my church has gone from 22 families a week. Now it is over 100 families. People please donate to your local food banks is you are able. I don’t have much but I gave what I Dollar Tree is a good place to make your money go further. Pasta and sauce. Cans of soups. Just do what you can
