yall should try google. the LAW says the president can not make any payments not expressly authorized by congress. authorization for snap funding ended. it is illegal for trump to disburse money....even if he could find an extra 9 BILLION dollars to fund it for a MONTH. all these judges orders are illegal since they are ordering HIM to do something illegal 🤷♀️
