Lower Courts cannot decide National Security Funds of the Executive Branch. They cannot force the Legislative Branch to cover the Funds either. That is all Legislative Branch that holds the Purse for the Funding. National Security Emergency Funds is exactly that. National Security and decided by the Executive Branch. Not Judicial. Executive Branch would only be able to cover SNAP for all States Funding maybe a week. That would leave our National Security Emergency Funding stripped all because Senate DNC is playing a very dangerous Political game. RNC House already passed the CR to Fund necessities like SNAP while they Debate all other issues. Senate Dems took it upon themselves to try to control the whole Government Funding themselves instead and refuse to pass the CR. SCOTUS would rule on Constitution and that would be the Executive Branch with control over National Security measures with National Security Funds.
Judge has no right to order the government to spend money. Congress has the power of the purse not an individual judge.

Tyrant/Furher Trump (reincarnation of Hitler) and subservient "yes sir, lock step 3 Riech henchman" weasel Johnson are the ROADBLOCK that are behind this SHUTDOWN and OBSTANTANTLY STANDING DEFINITELY in the WAY of an END to the IRRATIONAL/CRUEL/UNGODLY STANCE preventing GOVERNMENT REOPENING.
We to work people that live in Social Security they don’t receive food stamps and if they do it $20 or 30 because the income is too high and it’s not fair. They had to pay $185 a month for Medicare.

So hard to believe you want food stamps to be paid that open up the government because like they said, they only have this much money in those funds and it’s not enough to cover all 42 million Americans let alone illegals.
