These judges are idiots. They can't order a president to do anything in the first place and can't deman he respond to them about anything. These morons also should know a president can't spend money when there is no money and even if there is they can't demand he spend it on what they say and only congress can pass legislation to spend money if there is money and there is NO MONEY.

Why do the judges not run the country ?
President Trump is not blocking SNAP funds—nor can any judge lawfully order him to do something he has no legal authority to do. SNAP’s contingency funds were created by Congress, not the President, and the Antideficiency Act makes it illegal for any agency to spend money without an active appropriation. The USDA’s lawyers interpret those reserve funds as usable only when regular appropriated funds exist but run short—not when there’s no appropriation at all, like during a shutdown. That’s a matter of law, not politics. The President can’t override Congress’s power of the purse or spend unappropriated money by executive order. Only Congress can authorize or clarify how those contingency funds are used. So this isn’t about Trump “blocking food aid”—it’s about whether the law itself allows USDA to release those funds without Congress acting first.
