The 9th Circuit officially vacated the three-judge panel ruling that favored Trump, keeping the block on deploying Oregon’s National Guard in place. The case now moves to a full en banc review, meaning all active judges will re-examine the evidence. Both sides must submit briefs by December 1, 2025, with oral arguments expected afterward. Until then, no deployment can legally occur. The original injunction stands, and Trump’s prior “win” is null. Despite the noise online, the courts confirmed this remains a paused case, not a new trial a procedural step, not a green light for action.
