So, even if they prevail, the recipients will only get about 40 dollars. OK, skirt the law and release these funds because 40 bucks isn't going anywhere fast. After a week , the NEEDY AMERICANS are back in the same situation. I have a feeling, though, that the Democratic states will find the funds to be sure that the illegals' bellies are full.
