The biggest Deficit this country has ever seen is because Democrats want to pay for illegal immigrants to live for free in America without having to pay any dues which falls onto the American Taxpayers. $40 billion is a lot, but not quite a much as the $200 billion democrats were trying to get passed for health care benefits for illegals. The money was a strategic move. This deal will help prevent China from strengthening their influence in Latin America. Also helped financially by preventing the collapse of the peso.
