Tied for the highest inflation rate in the country. 60% of 12th grade students reading BELOW grade level. Highest number of people leaving a state. Highest number of businesses leaving the state. Ranks #6 in the US for violent crime. Took a $97 billion revenue reserve to a $37 billion deficit. Can't account for the $24 billion he gave to his non profit pals for the homeless. California has just fallen to the 5th largest economy in the world, and expected to soon drop again to India, and yet it's one of 25 states in the Union that can't pay its bills.
