so after reading the bill and listening to both sides the end result is this. YES the republicans are making cuts to federal assistance, and yes it obviously effects low income individuals more because...thats whos on it. the democrats are fightong to reinstate those funds but not just for united states residents but ALSO for those in the country illegally. no the cuts are not for tax relief but for rich debt consolidation of the country for future investments into infrastructure and manufacturing for the us. end result. dems want illegal voters to vote for them to keep them in power and republicans want the lazy to work and the illegal syphoning of our budget to stop. dems are wrong on this one
