Hadn’t the funds to pay the military been approved in the first place. If they had planned on paying them in the first place then the funds should be there, not have to go “find” the money by redirecting from somewhere else. Is it possible trump shut down the government do they would not have to pay anyone when it comes due, if so what are they going ti use for pay next paycheck? The budget was suspose to be set up and voted for by Oct 1,2025 to cover the next year of expenses and approved funding. It appears they did not make a budget because the money was not there and that would have been noticed by the treasury and Congress. Is the funds there to pay back pay to federal workers when the government reopens or is that why trump is laying off and firing all them so they won’t have to be concerned about paying them and it will not be noticed that the money is was not there in the first place?
