No, the only permanent solution is holding them accountable. You will get training, you will get the necessary therapy, you will stay sober, you will get a job, you will not cause any problems for the surrounding community or business, you will work diligently to become self sufficient. If you fail to stay sober we will treat you the same way we treat a DUI repeat offender and you will be housed and get 3 hots and a cot. If you steal or commit any crime while on drugs or alcohol or to get money for drugs or alcohol you will get 3 hots and a cot. If you stick with the program we will help you get back on your feet and become self sufficient. If you fail you will be placed under court orders to comply with consequences for non compliance. The number 1 priority in this is to rigorously enforce the laws that protect the health, safety, and welfare of the law abiding public.
