so tired of herring bout food stamps I work everyday they said I make to much money to qualify I told them to keep the food stamps I live paycheck to paycheck and I'm doing find without food stamps and in reality you can't buy what you want anymore with food stamps so why cry over it when u can go to work and get off of the free stuff because believe me it want be long until you have to work just to receive,$25 in food stamps is it really that hard to understand that got to go to work to make a liveing

I worked my butt off and raised 3 boys, paid taxes my taxes. Now I'm disabled and get $15 a month. My neighbor on the other hand is totally capable of working has 5 kids and gets close to $1300 and has never worked a day in her life. It's unreal how different it is from one family to another. DFS supposed to follow a guide line dont believe they do. Just my opinion 🤔

It sounds to me that you were denied SNAP benefits because you make too much income. If you had qualified you would have accepted them and that is why you are angry. Many many many people who work and pay into those taxes. It's called the working poor. Daycare costs are astronomical if you can even find a daycare provider anymore. It gets to the point where it costs more to work. Many people are on disability who get them. The daycare assistance program is no longer available making it easier for families to work. The highest demographic of people who get these benefits is white people in the southern red states. I understand your frustration, I really do. My mom was on disability and was $7 over the max and she was denied. So I do understand. These benefits also allow children to get free or reduced-price meals in school. Whe. We take these benefits away or cut them drastically it's the children who suffer.

It looks like everything is all messed up.
