The national guard is an integral part of our military. Although the state shares in the funding of them the federal government is the largest contributor to fund them. And, the president is the commander and chief of all of our military forces in this country. Deploying them to protect the national security of our country is not only his right but his duty! Otherwise, he could deploy active military forces to protect the national security of our country. The Supreme Court will make that perfectly clear when they overturn the lower court decision.
