Liar! 3000 inmates were released given credit for time served and good behavior. 2000 inmates had their sentences reviewed and time reduced. ALL of the 3000 were not black. Just lies presented as facts!

The First Step Act was a prison recidivism law aimed at justice reform which was a bi partisan law which had been worked on several years before Trump go into office. He signed it into law in December 2018. As we know Trump never knows what he is signing, but people Will try to give him the credit for the reform.
