He’s calling his residence of Chicago to stand up and fight against the administration. Any blood shed will be on his hands. By pushing back, it’s gonna take the agents longer to do their job and it’s gonna keep them in Chicago longer than they need to be which in return is gonna result in more people being picked up and deported. He doesn’t have to have his police force help the administration, they don’t need it but what they do need is people to be respectful, stand down let them do their job and they will be gone. Most people are afraid to even drive through Chicago if military is needed to go into Chicago there first stop should be at the mayor’s office to arrest him for obstruction and inciting a riot because that’s exactly what he’s asking his own residence to do is to create a riot. To put them on the news just like Los Angeles.
