I read one today. a young girl 15 and young boy 17, killed a man, they thought. beat him to death. set him on fire. Came back the next day to bury him. Found him still alive and set him on fire again. They want re sentencing! They were to young to understand!!!!. WTH?🙏🙏🙏

The article I read about Fernandezs' resentencing hearing only mentioned that the 17 yr old victim was strangled to death. No matter what, I am so happy his case was denied. He can have a parole hearing in 2027. Beazeamer was denied parole at his most recent hearing and is able to try again in 5 yrs. They are both sick individuals and do not ever deserve to breath fresh air ever again. They are sick twisted individuals that preplanned that young woman's murder and deserve the sentences they received. I feel sorry for the family that are forced to relive their daughters murder at each and every hearing. Disgusting.

just based on a completely corrupt judicial branch of our government ( the legislative branch is just as corrupt), It would be much more fiscally responsible to use a bullet, and the recidivism rate, if used properly, is much lower for criminals, than any type of incarceration. I think our prisons should be completely self-financed by the prisoners, from its construction to the guards and everything in between. that is called "paying for your crimes", and I think it's high time the taxpayers quit doing it, and force the convicts to either work, or get the bare minimum of water and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for the rest of their lives.
