I got a MIP when I was 16 It was a old beer in my brother in laws truck that had been in there for two days he never kept it clean and the judge dismissed the case and my Dad said no he isn't getting off that easy and my brother in law said what are you talking about he was just riding in the truck he looked at the judge and asked the judge to give me 40 hours of community service fixing roads putting up stop signs yard work and I did nothing
judge I was going to do it but then I got high and forgot it's not my fault

maybe. hear me out. they've offered a dismissal but have ordered community service? smh. if someone's innocent of a crime they can't be ordered community service, and if someone is still waiting on a dismissal then the case isn't resolved yet. these courts today just throw plea deals at everyone for anything. if I had some bogus, trumped up charges and was offered a golden spoon with cocaine on it to plead guilty I'd just have to be sober today.
