I just can't comprehend the argument.Yes, you do have the right to travel. You may travel by any mode from walking to flying but you cannot operate a motor vehicle to travel unless permitted to do so. you must demonstrate to the administrative authority having jurisdiction that you can operate the motor vehicle in a safe manner and according to all local laws and codes. New Hampshire is the only state in the Union that does not require insurance but you still must have financial liability. Ignorance is now excuse for the law. just because someone on tiktok told you that this was true does not make this law.
