Any moron critical of this can go tell the parents of Eric Tarpinian-Jachym, the 21 year old congressional intern shot dead in DC on his way to McDonald's that DC is safe. Or tell that to Big Balls from DOGE, who was carjacked and beaten by a group of thugs. Face it people, crime is out of control in DC, primarily because the judges release the thugs with a slap on the wrist. President Trump has only 30 days with the deployment of the National Guard (not the Army or Marines) in DC to assist the police in cracking down on crime. After the 30 days, he will need congressional approval to extend the deployment. That's the LAW. Why not give him the 30 days and see how it turns out. We're talking about 30 days, and if he succeeds like he did with securing the border, we all win. Don't you want our Country to succeed and our cities to be safe? What is wrong with the Democratic Party?
