Biden let in millions and opened the Border. He then (or someone else) auto penned an Executive order to count illegals in the census for more seats in Congress (look it up). That should never be legal. Now Padilla wants them all made citizens if they evaded ICE capture (again look it up) for a long enough time The same party that wants no proof of citizenship and not to have to present a valid ID to vote.
