no sir the crime rate is so much higher in Washington DC then all across the rest of the country why because it's run by democrats soft on crime why cuz they get enough crime and violence going on they can declare martial law and then they bring in communism cuz the Democrat party is communist you said the crime rate DC is going down maybe let's go over the numbers violent crimes in Washington DC 1,152 per 100,000 the rest of the country is 352 murders are 40 per every 100,000 the rest of the country is 16 and who's committing these crimes teenagers cuz they know they're going to get away with it cuz only only going to get a slap on the wrist and now national avg include cities like New York Los Angeles Chicago Boston St Louis cities with a lot more people in them then Washington DC is out of control if you think that's what we should have in our capital political dignitaries and people to come visit the United States capitol to take a chance to get muged killed car jacked.
