Despite being elected by the citizens of the United States, Trump's actions and policies have shown a disregard for the well-being and needs of American citizens. From his divisive rhetoric to his controversial policies, it is evident that Trump and his administration prioritize their own agendas over the concerns and voices of the American people. Moreover, the lack of effective legislation passed by Congress to address important issues such as healthcare, immigration, and gun control further highlights the neglect of the American people's interests. All in all, it is apparent that both Trump and his Congress have failed to recognize and prioritize the importance of the American people in their decision making, leading to a disconnect between the government and its citizens.
