The Constitution affords due process to anyone who is a Citizen, full or part time resident, or even a tourist. All of which receive documentation acknowledging a persons presence. It does not recognize those who claim to have stolen due process when they entered.

If you’re caught at the border entering illegally, and seeking asylum you can be deported immediately according to the immigration laws passed by Congress. If caught in the interior of U.S., different story. However, a large portion of illegal immigrants being caught in the interior have already been to court, had their due process,and have final orders of self-deportation, which they ignored for years. Another group of deportees, are those being picked up at court houses with freshly minted final orders of deportation , so already had due process as well. Left progressive media outlets ALWAY fails to mention their final orders of deportation.
