Portland spent almost a billion on the homeless last year, and the problem got worse. Seattle spent 2 billion on the problem, and it got worse. California spent over 24 billion on the homeless, and it got worse.

Wonder where these numbers come from, like throwing money at something like homelessness is the answer just ask CA how that works out.
