they need to understand what it is for others for instance I live in California and I have a good resume I've been in one job over 15 years in management I moved up in that company and I used to get jobs easily now it's like you have to speak two languages just to get a job I speak a little bit of Spanish but I'm not going to say that I speak it because I'm just not that good but to sit down and not let people get jobs because they don't speak Spanish is ridiculous because you go into these clinics and the females that they have are just like I'm professional they're like teenagers they literally talk s*** about people and do things that little kids do and they got the job just because I speak two languages

DEI Diversity Equality Inclusion isn't a black thing, it's for women ppl with disabled and all minorities. More white women 58% used DEI especially those in the military. You have to be qualified and experienced when applying for a job. You don't get to be a pilot because you black or white to an astronaut.

I am a white man I got hired by the city of Denver because the vast majority of city workers after Pena were Hispanic a real nice black man was hired too .both of us were DEI hires.
