On mexicos southren border, those who actually attempt to lower their living standards and” break” into mexico, have a good chance of being shot. America should also adapt our policy to reflect theirs. A bullet might cost 68 cents as opposed to hiring an agent for 100 k a year. Definitely a cost saving approach.
