Instead, they are allocated funds through the Members' Representational Allowance (MRA) (for House members) and the Senators' Official Personnel and Office Expense Account, which can be used for various expenses, including meals, when conducting official business.
MAGA is going to find out what they have done to themselves as well as the rest of us.
