Why was she never charged for assaulting a child? She was only charged for assaulting an officer. The Police and Judge needs to be charged!

This is so sad. If he was my child, I'd find her and beat the crap out of her for even touching my child. My 41 year old son is Puerto Rican/Black. Same complexion as the young man in the video.
