Revoking student visas is a part of Trump's plan to reduce immigration in America. He wants America less diverse which is sad because productive immigrants add culture, drive innovation in STEM fields, and enhance our cultural landscape which creates tourism, jobs, and an increased labor force in the United States.
I'll admit he does look tired but President Trump doesn't work from 10 a.m. to 5p.m. like joe did. Trump works very long hours and he knows what going on at all times.
