Well, the question is how many people are qualified and applied for the job? If they don’t have the qualifications they can’t apply, they can’t get a job they can’t apply for…and how many pursue that job would tell you how many might be qualified…then out of everyone, that is qualified and have applied, they would choose the best candidate to hire…but I’m not saying that there aren’t places that purposely don’t hire minorities, which I do believe is wrong…but I also believe that forcing people to hire the someone other than best candidate for a job because of their race or gender is also wrong…both are a type of racism…maybe they should start doing blind hiring where only someone’s qualifications are shown and written interviews to…unfortunately, unethical people will end up trying to cheat that system…
There are numerous people who qualify for the job but the unwritten rule by White Men ( the powers that be) that only white men have the right to hold positions of authority ! and that is FACT !
